By creating an account or using Cleannote Legal, you agree to these Terms. Cleannote Legal provides AI legal documentation SaaS for Indian lawyers — pay per report.

Service

• Self-service signup with a free trial (limited reports).
• Pay-per-report pricing after trial via prepaid wallet (INR, India only).
• Output quality depends on audio clarity, samples provided, and report type selected.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• Upload only content you are authorised to process; use de-identified samples where appropriate.
• Review all generated reports before legal use — Cleannote is an assistive tool, not a substitute for professional judgment.
• Comply with applicable legal, privacy, and professional regulations in your jurisdiction.

Billing

Prices are shown on the pricing page in INR. Wallet credits are consumed when completed reports are delivered. Trial credits are used first where applicable.

Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or third-party outages may occur.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleannote is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on generated documents. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the affected report in the prior 30 days.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or legal compliance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
