Prepaid wallet

Cleannote Legal uses a prepaid wallet model. You add credit in INR, and each completed report deducts the applicable tier price shown on pricing.

Free trial

New accounts receive a limited free trial (small-tier reports only). No credit card is required for signup. When the trial is exhausted, you must add wallet credit to continue processing.

Refunds

• Failed processing: If Cleannote fails to produce a deliverable report due to a platform error, contact support@cleannote.org within 7 days for wallet credit restoration.
• Quality disputes: Report issues within 48 hours of download with the session details; we review case-by-case.
• Unused wallet balance: Refund requests for unused prepaid balance may be considered within 14 days of purchase, minus payment gateway fees, at our discretion.

Cancellation

There is no recurring subscription. You may stop using Cleannote Legal at any time. Unused wallet balance remains on your account until used or a refund is approved per the policy above.

Chargebacks

If a payment chargeback occurs, the corresponding wallet credit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
